Greetings from the unagi team.As mentioned in a recent announcement, users are currently unable to log in after deleting and reinstalling the una Wallet app. We are working hard to resolve this issue promptly.Following the termination of the una Wallet service on December 26, 2024, a recovery(mnemonic) phrase will be required to use in the WEMIX PLAY App or other wallets. Therefore, we strongly advise users to check and securely save their recovery(mnemonic) phrase separately before deleting or reinstalling the una Wallet app.Additionally, even after the termination of the una Wallet service, the recovery(mnemonic) phrase will remain accessible during a one-year grace period. Users who are unable to log in due to the current issue are urged to save their recovery(mnemonic) phrase within the grace period once the issue is resolved.※ Please note that the grace period is subject to change.We will continue to provide updates on the progress of resolving this service issue through the official announcements.Thank you.
